§ 1-414 DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS.
   The Director of Public Operations shall be responsible for the efficiency and quality of service and will direct and coordinate the operations at the city’s Public Works, Water Production and Distribution, Electrical Production and Distribution, Wastewater Collection and Processing, and Parks and Cemetery Departments. The Director of Public Operations shall report directly to and be responsible to the City Manager.
