§ 12-104 CITY CLERK’S RESPONSIBILITIES.

(a) The City Clerk shall be responsible for maintaining official records of conveyances, owners and interments in the Wamego City Cemetery.

(b) He or she shall collect and account for cemetery funds from the sale of lots, permanent maintenance charges or other charges, and shall issue all cemetery deeds, permits and licenses as authorized by this article.
