For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
AMPLIFIED MUSIC. Music whose volume is increased by any electric, electronic, mechanical or motor-powered means.
EVENT. A scheduled performance or attraction at a fixed location within the corporate limits of the city.
OUTDOOR. An area that is not enclosed by a building having both a permanent roof and sides with no openings other than doors and windows. An area within a porch, tent, canopy or pavilion shall be considered an outdoor area.
