At the time of filing the application, a fee of $25 for each person engaged in soliciting or peddling shall be paid to the City Clerk to cover the cost of investigation of the facts stated in the foregoing application. In the case of an itinerant fireworks vendor’s license application, said fee shall be considered as part of the fee established for said license under § 5-206(d).
