(a) All work done in violation of this article is subject to reinspection by the City Building Official until such work is approved and found to be in compliance with the International Fuel Gas Code and any other applicable city regulations.
(b) All reinspections required after the time period set by the Building Official to correct the work found to be in violation shall be subject to a $50 reinspection fee to be paid to the city, and credited to the General Fund of the city.
