The fee for a gas fitting permit to erect, install, enlarge, alter, repair, relocate, replace add to or maintain any fuel gas system, the installation of which is regulated by the International Fuel Gas Code, adopted under § 4-702 of this article, shall be $25. Such fee is payable at the time the application is submitted for the gas fitting permit, and the same shall be credited to the General Fund of the city.
