The International Plumbing Code, 2018 Edition, adopted under § 4-502 of this chapter, as amended under § 4-503 of this chapter, shall regulate the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of drainlaying installation in the city, provide for the issuance of permits, collection of fees and application of penalties therefor.
