§ 4-601 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DRAINLAYING. Laying of sewer laterals from the public sewer to a point not less than two foot from the foundation walls of the building to be drained.
   DRAINLAYING CONTRACTOR. Any person, firm or corporation who is qualified or employs master drainlayers who are qualified to serve the public in the business of drainlaying and who maintains a place of business. A plumbing contractor is considered to be a DRAINLAYING CONTRACTOR.
   JOURNEYMAN DRAINLAYER. A person holding a certificate authorizing him or her to work as a drainlayer under the control of a master drainlayer. A person holding a certificate as a journeyman plumber is considered to be a JOURNEYMAN DRAINLAYER.
   MASTER DRAINLAYER. A person who is qualified, certified and equipped to properly lay out, plan, install, repair and maintain a drainlaying installation. A person holding a certificate as a master plumber is considered to be a MASTER DRAINLAYER.
