The Board shall be comprised of the plumbing members from the Code Appeals Board and the Building Official. This Board shall have the right to modify and approve the qualification requirements for plumber certification, of all applicants desiring to engage in or work at plumbing within the city. The Board also shall have the power to suspend for a definite period or to revoke, after a hearing, the certificate of any plumber, for violation of rules and regulations governing plumbing work or for other violations of this article.
