§ 4-401 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR. Any person engaged in the business of installing or repairing electrical wiring and who is qualified, or employs master electricians who are qualified to serve the public in the installation, repairing, re-wiring and maintenance of electrical wiring.
   ELECTRICAL WIRING. The installation, repairs, connection, alteration or replacement of wiring in buildings and structures for the use of electrical current for electric fixtures, appliances, motors or other apparatus.
   JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN. Any person who holds a legal certificate showing that he or she is qualified to do electrical wiring under the direction and supervision of a certified master electrician.
   MASTER ELECTRICIAN. A person who is qualified, certified and equipped to properly layout, plan, make any installation, repair or maintenance of electrical wiring, appliances, fixtures, motors and other apparatus requiring electrical current, and who is or works under the employment of an electrical contractor.
