Land within an R-1 Country Home District may be developed in accordance with the terms and provisions of this chapter for Economic Development Overlay Districts in lieu of compliance with the standard provisions of Sections 1266.03 through 1266.10, when such an Overlay District is approved as a conditional use by the Planning Commission pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 1258.07. In such instances, the provisions of
Chapter 1267
shall apply and take precedence over the provisions of Sections 1266.03 through 1266.10.
