The Mayor can authorize the sharing of the services of any Village employee with another governmental entity with the consent of the shared employee, and a charge due to the Village at a minimum amount sufficient to reimburse the Village the cost of that employee, so long as the shared service does not cause detriment to the Village or Village services. Council shall approve by affirmative vote all shared services agreements annually, and no such agreement shall be for any period in excess of one year.
