1272.03 LOT AREA REQUIREMENTS.

All lots within the Mixed-Use Development District shall comply with the minimum requirements set forth in the following Schedule of Minimum Lot Requirements:

SCHEDULE OF MINIMUM LOT REQUIREMENTS
Lot Requirements	Mixed-Use Development District
Minimum lot size	One acre
Minimum lot width at building line	150 feet
Maximum building coverage	40%
