In the event the Mayor is qualified and serves as the Mayor's Court Magistrate, the Mayor shall be compensated the sum of four hundred dollars ($400.00) per regular Mayor's Court session. In the event a qualified Magistrate other than the Mayor serves as the Mayor's Court Magistrate, they shall be compensated at a rate of three hundred twenty-five dollars ($325.00) per regular Mayor's Court session.
