1670.06   INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS.
   Underground storage tanks shall bear a UL label and be in conformity with Underwriter's Laboratories. In addition:
   (a)   Installation of storage tanks shall be in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
   (b)   A copy of the manufacturer's installation instructions/specifications shall be provided to the Fire Safety Officer or Fire Chief.
   (c)   All storage tanks shall be anchored. Anchoring shall be in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
