1670.05 COSTS; CORRECTIONS.

Costs incurred by the Village which may entail Village fire safety personnel, or their designated assistants, or supplies, equipment or work that may be ordered by the Village Fire Safety Officer or Fire Chief, shall be the responsibility of the owner of the tanks. Corrections shall be made as soon as possible to protect life and property.
