Any leaking condition, shortage of flammable and combustible liquids or spill into public sewers, drains and waterways shall be reported at once to the Fire Department. Procedures for locating and testing for underground leaks shall be as outlined in NFPA Pamphlet No. 329, "Undergound Leakage of Flammable and Combustible Liquids". Storage tank inventory records for 30 days prior to closing shall be made available to the Village Fire Safety Officer prior to the closing of a station.
