1670.03 NEW OCCUPANCIES.

New occupancies (change of ownership or change of lease) shall have a hydrostatic test and adequate inventory records before any permit is issued. A copy of such test and inventories shall be received by the Village Fire Safety Officer and, if there are no leaking conditions, a permit may be issued at that time.
