1670.02 ABANDONED UNDERGROUND TANKS.

Any abandoned or not in use underground tank must be removed from the ground within a period not to exceed 90 days. All piping shall also be removed from the ground at the same time the tanks are removed. All tanks and piping shall be removed in a manner that meets the safety standards of the Village Fire Safety Officer.
