1630.05   MISCELLANEOUS STORAGE.
   (a)   No person shall establish or maintain a new bulk plant for flammable liquids in the Village.
   (b)   No person shall establish a new bulk liquefied petroleum gas plant in the Village.
   (c)   No person shall store explosives or blasting agents in the Village.
