(a) In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of NFPA 101, as adopted in Section 1620.01, and a provision of any other technical code adopted by reference by the Village, the higher or stricter standard shall control, except that provisions of the Ohio Building Code shall prevail.
(b) In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of NFPA 101 and a provision of State law, the State law shall control.
(c) In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of NFPA 101 and a provision of any Village ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation, including the provisions of these Codified Ordinances, the Village ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation shall control.
