1610.06 ENFORCEMENT BY FIRE DEPARTMENT.

Fire Department personnel are hereby authorized to inspect and issue citations for Ohio Fire Code violations as well as related matters and to investigate fire related matters in the Village, pursuant to a contract approved by the Council of the Village.
