1490.31 EXCEPTION TO NOTICE AND HEARING REQUIREMENTS.

Notwithstanding Sections 1490.26 and 1490.27, a violation of Section 1490.24(d) may be prosecuted without notice by the filing of a complaint by the Property Maintenance Officer in the Municipal Court.
