In any case where the provisions of this Exterior Property Maintenance Code impose a higher standard than that set forth in other ordinances of the Village or the laws of the State, then the standards set forth herein shall prevail. If the provisions of this Code impose a lower standard than that imposed by other ordinances of the Village or the laws of the State, then the higher standard contained in such other ordinance or law shall prevail.
