1468.34   APPEALS BOARD ESTABLISHED.
   (a)   The Zoning Appeals is hereby appointed to serve as the Appeals Board as established by the Village Code.
   (b)   Records of the Appeals Board shall be kept and filed in the Village Hall at 7595 Walton Road, Walton Hills, Ohio.
