The regulations of this chapter shall be applicable to the construction of any exterior concrete flat slabs for driveway, sidewalk, patio or street, whether or not such driveway, sidewalk, patio or street is intended for or used for public or private use. Further, these regulations shall be applicable to the construction of streets, whether or not intended for dedication to the Village, to the extent that these regulations are not in conflict with specific street regulations contained elsewhere in these Codified Ordinances.
