Each contractor registered under this chapter shall furnish a Certificate of Insurance naming the Village of Walton Hills as "additionally insured" and evidencing insurance for bodily injury in the amount of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for each occurrence, with an aggregate limit of one million dollars ($1,000,000), and for property damage in the amount of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for each occurrence, with an aggregate limit of one million dollars ($1,000,000). The insurance policy shall contain a provision that the insurer shall be required to notify the Village within ten days of any cancellation of such policy by either the insurer or the insured.
