Any contractor registered under this chapter who violates any law of the State, ordinance of the Village or rule or regulation prescribed by law or ordinance shall, upon notice from the Inspector of Buildings, correct the work. If such work is not corrected within ten days after such notice is given, the Village may cause such work to be corrected and collect the cost thereof from the licensee or from his or her bond.
