1446.03   DENIAL OF REGISTRATION; APPEAL.
   Any person who, upon application, is denied registration by the Inspector of Buildings may, within ten days from and after such denial, appeal from the decision of the Inspector to the Board of Zoning Appeals, which shall promptly hear the evidence of the applicant and of the Inspector, and which may, at the conclusion of such hearing, sustain, reverse or modify the decision of the Inspector. The appeal shall be in writing and shall be filed with the Inspector who shall report the filing of such appeal and transmit all papers so filed to the Board for its consideration.
