There is hereby established an executive department of the Village which shall be known as the Department of Buildings. The personnel of such Department shall consist of a Building and Zoning Inspector, appointed pursuant to Section 1440.02 herein, and an Assistant Building and Zoning Inspector. The Assistant Building and Zoning Inspector shall be appointed by the Mayor and the Building and Zoning Inspector, and the Assistant Building and Zoning Inspector shall be an at-will employee. The Assistant Building and Zoning Inspector shall be compensated in accordance with Chapter 260 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Walton Hills, Ohio.
