Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by and for the Village the Ohio Mechanical Code, being the 2007 edition thereof, and the whole thereof as if fully set out herein, save and except such portions as may be hereinafter deleted, modified or amended and except such provisions as are expressly provided for by Part Fourteen of the Codified Ordinances or by other ordinances of the Village.
