(a) In the event of a conflict between a provision of the 2006 RCO, as adopted in Section 1422.01, and a provision of State law, the stricter standard shall control.
(b) In the event of a conflict between a provision of the 2006 RCO, as herein adopted, and a provision of any other standard technical code adopted by the Village, the stricter standard shall control.
