(a) The Inspector of Buildings is hereby charged with the enforcement of this chapter and of the 2006 RCO, as adopted in Section 1422.01.
(b) The Inspector of Buildings, in the discharge of his or her official duties, and upon proper identification, shall have authority to enter any building, structure or premises, within the scope of this chapter and the Code herein adopted, at any reasonable hour.
