As a permitted exception to the Ohio Building Code, for all construction in a Business District, and Industrial District and an Office Building District, all exterior wall areas of each elevation of any building or other structure erected, or the expansion of existing buildings and other structures, shall be constructed of brick, split faced block or similar masonry or other type of material as may be approved by the Planning Commission.
