Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by and for the Village the Ohio Building Code (OBC), being particularly the 2007 edition thereof, as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, Department of Industrial Relations, and as published in the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC), save and except such portions thereof as may be hereinafter amended or deleted.
