1280.11 GRADING INCIDENTAL TO OPEN LAND USE.

Any owner, lessee or occupier of land intending to perform grading incidental to an open land use of the premises only, shall first make application to the Inspector of Buildings. Such grading is subject to the requirements of this chapter.
