(a) The size and shape of lots shall be appropriate for the location of the proposed subdivision and for the type of development contemplated. Lots shall also be of adequate size to comply with the requirements of the Zoning Code and any amendments thereto.
(b) Every lot shall abut on a street dedicated and accepted for public use.
(c) Side lot lines shall be approximately at right angles or radial to the right-of-way line of the street on which the lot faces.
(d) Corner lots shall be platted wider than interior lots, in order to permit conformance with the front yard depth on the side street required by the Zoning Code.
