(a) Classification and Fees. The use of baseball diamonds located on the Thomas G. Young Recreation Center shall be by permit only, in accordance with the classifications and associated fees set forth in Chapter 208 of the Administration Code (the General Fee Schedule).
(b) Priority of Permit Holders. The holders of Class A permits shall have first priority on the use of such baseball diamonds, which priority shall extend not only to competitive team play but also to practice sessions by the members thereof, under the supervision of team managers or coaches. The remaining use of such baseball diamonds shall be allocated to holders of other classes of permits in descending alphabetical order.
(c) Authority of Recreation Committee. Council hereby vests in the Recreation Committee of Council authority to administer subsections (a) and (b) hereof under such rules and procedure as such Committee may determine. The Recreation Committee is hereby authorized to delegate so much of its functions hereunder to the Thomas G. Young Recreation Center playground supervisors as it may deem desirable or proper.
(d) Disposition of Moneys. All money collected as permit fees hereunder shall be deposited with the Clerk not later than the day after collection thereof, together with a copy of the permit for which such money was collected. Such money shall be credited to the General Fund, the proceeds of which shall be used for Dellwood Park purposes only.
(e) Waiver of Fees. Council reserves the authority, for good cause shown to waive all or any part of Class D - 2 or Class E permit fees.
