Future construction or installation of overhead tower-type parallel transmission power structures in or through the Village, carrying voltage in excess of thirty-three KV, is hereby limited to a maximum of two additional transmission lines, each on separate supporting structures; one may be erected to run in a generally southerly direction from the Juniper substation, and the second may be erected to run in a generally westerly direction from the Juniper substation. Any such additional transmission power lines or wires, in excess of the two authorized above, or any additional power facilities, shall be installed either:
(a) By altering, increasing or expanding the then existing overhead line or lines, using the then existing supporting structures on the then existing rights of way; or
(b) By underground installation.
Any such line or lines installed underground shall be at a minimum depth of three feet and shall be standard underground lead-covered cable or coated and cathodically protected pipe-type cable, or any other type of underground transmission conduit approved by Council.
