1040.02 PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED.

Each application for the aforesaid permits shall be accompanied by detailed plans showing the service connection to be made and specifications of the work to be done, approved by the Commissioner of the Division of Water of the Department of Public Utilities of Cleveland.
