A permit issued by the Mayor, duly authorized by Council as hereafter provided, is hereby required before any service connection shall be made to the twelve-inch water main located in and along Krick Road in the Village, or to any enlargement or extension thereof, or to the sixteen-inch water main located in and along Northfield Road in the Village, or to any extension thereof.
