1026.09 TREE DISPOSAL

Any contractor performing tree and other plant services on private property shall not place any portion of trees or other plants on Village property for disposal by the Village or agent of the Village. Failure to comply with this requirement shall result in a cancellation of the contractor's license in addition to the penalty provided in Section 1026.99.
