1026.05   PROHIBITED TREES.
   Any tree, and specifically silver maple, poplar and willow trees, upon private property in the Village in such close proximity to a public place that the roots of such tree penetrate through or under the surface of a public place or into or around a public sewer in the Village, is hereby declared to be a public nuisance and may be removed on orders of the Street Commissioner at the expense of the owner or resident of the private property.
