1022.06   NOTICE AND PLAT FOR STREET COMMISSIONER AND INSPECTOR OF BUILDINGS.
   The Street Commissioner and the Inspector of Buildings shall be given thirty days' notice in writing by communication delivered to the Clerk, at the Village Hall, of the intention of allotters and owners of land in the Village to construct a street or streets. Such notice in writing shall be accompanied by a plat showing the location thereof and plans showing the design thereof for review by the Street Commissioner and the Inspector, both of whom shall forthwith report in writing to the Mayor and Council concerning the conformance of such location and design of proposed street or streets with the requirements of this chapter. Details of design or other considerations that might jeopardize acceptance of dedication of such street or streets by Council shall be discussed with the allotters or owners of the land by the Mayor.
