The Village hereby finds that there exists sufficient and substantial nonproductive land within its boundaries to require the implementation of a program for the reutilization of such land as provided in Ohio R.C. Chapter 5722. Therefore, a Land Reutilization Program is hereby adopted, and the Village hereby agrees to abide by the provisions of Ohio R.C. Chapter 5722 in the implementation of the same.
