890.99   PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates Section 890.12, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than 60 days, or both, for each offense.

    (b)   Whoever violates Section 890.11(f) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. Each disclosure shall constitute a separate offense. In addition, any employee of the Village who violates Section 890.11(f) shall be subject to immediate dismissal.
