884.03 COMMERCIAL DRIVER’S LICENSE REQUIRED FOR DRIVERS.

No person shall drive a taxicab who has not obtained a current and valid commercial driver’s license issued to him or her by the State. No person, firm or corporation owning and/or operating taxicabs shall employ as a driver of such taxicabs any person who has not had issued to him or her by the State a current and valid commercial driver's license.
