864.04 LANDSCAPE PLAN REQUIRED.

A detailed landscape plan shall be provided. The plan shall graphically depict all pipelines, tanks and other structures as well as proposed landscape features to adequately screen them from public view. This landscape plan will be presented to the Mayor for approval by Council prior to issuance of the permit.
