860.99   PENALTY.
   (a)   Violations of this chapter and Chapter 1288 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Walton Hills shall be misdemeanors of the first degree.
   (b)   Each day that a sexually oriented business or adult motel operates in violation of this chapter is a separate offense or violation.
