860.21 INJUNCTION.

Any person who operates or causes to be operated a sexually oriented business or adult motel in violation of this chapter is subject to a suit for injunction as well as prosecution for criminal violations under this chapter or Chapter 1288 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Walton Hills, Ohio.
